On 8th March 2019, Cockett Marine Oil Korea office visited the Areumdaun Care Centre as part of the Cockett Group’s 40th Anniversary Cockett Cares initiative. The care centre is a nursing home for 50 elderly residents with dementia. Most of the resident`s age is 80+ years and their mobility is extremely limited.

The nursing home needed some help cleaning the hospital rooms and storage rooms. The Cockett Korea team focused their time and energy on cleaning the storage rooms which were barely usable before their work was completed. The centre now has a clean functional storage room to keep all its necessary medical and other supplies.

The Centre was very appreciative of the help and the Korea office team were delighted with their efforts having spent time doing something extremely rewarding & worthwhile.
