Cockett Group is proud to announce that Yigit Cicek, Marketing Executive, Cockett Turkey and Colin Holloway, Global Head Technical, attended the IMO 2020 Compliant Fuel Regulations Seminar organized by the Young Shipping Professionals Istanbul where Yigit Cicek is also acting as a Chairperson. 
The Seminar was held on the 28th November and was very well received by the young shipping professionals across Turkey and attendees included over 50 ship owners, operators and suppliers.

Colin Holloway, spoke about IMO 2020 Fuel Trends, looking at the VLSFO quality issues to date including, availability, variability, compliance and operational challenges as the new 0.5% max Sulphur fuels enter the marketplace in the run up to 1st Jan 2020.
