On the 13th & 14th September 2018 the 12th Annual European Refining Summit took place in Brussels.

The Summit was designed for leading refiners, traders, petchems and biofuels producers, logistics, solution providers and end users. Cockett’s Group CEO – Cem Saral attended the summit and contributed to the session “Scrubbers versus refining investment, ensuring enough fuel and scrubbers, non-compliance threats and enforcement challenges” Mr Saral covered the session by discussing ‘The Bunker perspective’ on the IMO2020. The Summit involved a frank discussion, unrivalled debate as well as including how to maximize profit from changing market dynamics.
